Ms McClellan is a monitoring and evaluation specialist and experienced researcher in the field of international development with a focus on economic development in sub-Saharan Africa. She has 8 years of experience designing and conducting field studies, collecting and analyzing data, training team members, and publishing work in international, high-impact journals. Ms McClellan has lived in and worked extensively throughout west, east, and southern Africa, where she has worked closely with villagers, health care professionals, teachers, conservationists, agriculture extension agents, government officials, and employees of non-governmental organizations.
