    Academic Background

    Dr Evonuk is a computational geophysicist experienced in modeling convection in the deep interiors of giant planets. She has more than 15 years of experience in scientific programming, conducting simulations, instructing students, and publishing work in international journals. She is currently working with non-native English-speaking science and engineering students to improve their English scientific writing and presentation skills. Dr Evonuk is knowledgeable in Physics, Earth Sciences, Planetary Science, and Astrophysics; and has experience editing in quantum physics, high-pressure physics, seismology, and meteorology.

    Publishing History

    Dr Evonuk has authored 12 peer-reviewed papers, 8 as first author, in journals including Icarus, the Astrophysical Journal, Geophysical & Astrophysical Fluid Dynamics, Planetary and Space Science, Geochemistry, Geophysics, Geosystems, and Earth and Planetary Science. She has presented at several international conferences and has been an invited speaker at multiple universities, as well as at the IUGG General Assembly.

    Editing and Reviewing Experience

    Dr Evonuk has edited manuscripts for students, colleagues, and business associates at multiple institutions and universities in countries such as Germany, France, China, Japan, and Taiwan and has been a reviewer for Icarus and CSCS. Dr Evonuk joined Edanz Group as an editor in 2020.
