2014 - MSci Physics and Astrophysics, Queen's University Belfast
Academic Background
Dr Boyle completed her PhD in astrophysics in 2019 at the Max Planck Institute for Astrophysics in Munich. She then moved to Paris as a post-doctoral researcher for four years, first at the Institut d'Astrophysique de Paris (IAP) and then in the Astrophysics Department of CEA, Saclay. Cosmology is her primary field, but she has also been involved in a number of publications on the modeling of type Ia supernovae. She has been recognized for her work with multiple awards and invitations to give numerous seminars.
Publishing History

Editing and Reviewing Experience
Dr Boyle has been working as a freelance editor of scientific articles since 2014. She has edited hundreds of articles for international authors across a range of fields, including physics, engineering, mathematics, computer science, medical physics, biophysics, data science/AI, and chemistry. She has conducted peer review for MNRAS, JCAP and IJMPD. Dr Boyle joined Edanz as an editor in 2016.
