    Academic Background

    Dr Saleh is a physician turned medical writer and editor with clinical experience in the field of cardiology. She completed a cardiology residency program before focusing on medical writing and editing. She also completed a remote internship with the Michael G. DeGroote Cochrane Canada Centre, during which she critically appraised COVID-19 guidelines using the AGREE II tool as part of the COVID-19 RecMap project.

    Dr Saleh has written a clinical case report poster presented at an international conference. She has published articles in several outlets, such as Lean Forward (a discontinued Harvard Medical School blog), Health Writer Hub, Medical News Bulletin, Sciplanet, and Thrive Global.

    Editing and Reviewing Experience

    Dr Saleh has edited manuscripts for both students and researchers. She has completed professional training courses by the ACES and Health writer hub, and is adept at editing for grammar, logical flow, and conciseness in manuscripts intended for publication.
