    Academic Background

    Dr Danielian is a well-rounded biomedical scientist with expertise in the fields of cancer research and developmental biology. He has more than 25 years of experience in conducting experimental research; publishing work in international high-impact journals; laboratory management; and mentoring. He is knowledgeable in several areas of cancer research, developmental biology, molecular and cellular biology, transgenic models, and gene regulation.

    Publishing History

    Dr Danielian is an author of more than 30 peer-reviewed papers in journals including Nature, Nature Communications, Genes and Development, and Oncogene.

    Editing and Reviewing Experience

    Dr Danielian has edited manuscripts and theses for students and colleagues at his former institutions and is currently a part-time biomedical editor at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). He is certified as an Editor in the Life Sciences (ELS) by the Board of Editors in the Life Sciences and certified as a Professional Technical Communicator (Foundation Level) by the Society for Technical Communication. He is adept at editing for logical flow, grammar, clarity, accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Dr Danielian has been a reviewer for the journal Developmental Biology and he joined Edanz as an Editor in 2024.
